The Elephant Project | T.E.P has been chosen to be part of 2020 Amsterdam Fringe Festival. It is a performance motivated by the fragile matter of animal rights and the ramifications of our actions in regards to the endangerment of others. The two makers use T.E.P as a platform to create awareness and as a medium to protest. The elephant is a metaphor. A shape that takes life through the folding technique of Origami. The repetitive nature of this action, not only signifies labouring and product in all its forms, it also generates a game between performers, spectators and time itself.
