H.I.I.T. | High-Intensity Identity Training

An artistic and physical investigation of subverting the established preconceptions placed on the body by the social construct.
With the advent of internet and virtual reality, body-image standards promote effectiveness and production, which have become signifiers of success, health and happiness.
This is a case study project, where I followed H.I.I.T. training and Intermitent Fasting for a year.
I wanted to see what happens if I change the way I look from the outside.
Will that affect how I feel from the inside? Will that affect how people see me?
How long can I continue doing something to my body, only to fit in?
This solo experiment is an aspiration to claim back agency of my body, my existence in time and space, by acknowledging both my potentialities as well as my limitations.
